Home Credit Philippines is hiring a Sales Internal Comms Specialist to streamline communications for the Sales Network and partner departments. You’ll ensure clarity and timeliness of updates, coordinating with POCs/SMEs and the Sales Training Admin Team to cascade changes in processes.

You should bring strong copywriting and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. English and Filipino proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of work experience in internal communications, copywriting, editing, or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Communicative – coordinates with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

About the Job

The Sales Internal Comms Specialist handles overall communications requests from Sales and other departments. This role ensures clarity and readability of all communication initiatives before cascade to the Sales Network. The person delivers communications in a timely manner to ensure Sales Network preparation on updates and changes in the process.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with Point of Contacts (POCs) and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on internal communications needs to be sent to the Sales Network

• Develop and manage effective internal communication strategies

• Draft content and seek for approval from the POC/SME who requested the internal communication

• Meet the target sending/deadline of all internal communications

• Organize internal communications requests coming from various departments and keep track of all communications sent to the Sales Network

• Coordinate closely with Sales Training Admin Team’s Module Developer for system and operational updates being sent through the internal communications media

• Be always on-the-job as needed

• May be tasked to facilitate training as capacity levels dictate.

What You Need to Have:

• At least 6 months of work experience in internal communications, copywriting, editing, or any related fields

• Knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Publisher

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an eye for detail/quality

• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

• Proficient command of English and Filipino

• Communicative – knows how to utilize various lines of communication not only to bring his/her point across, but to ensure that all tasks are clear and responsibilities are clearly delineated

• Strong interpersonal skills (constant coordination with various departments)

• Agile – must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, must be adaptable, dynamic, and flexible
