Job summary

Horizon Auto Services Inc. seeks a Sales Head to lead the sales team at our BYD dealership, driving growth and hitting sales targets. You will guide team performance, develop strategies, and partner with the Business Manager to support branch goals.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment at Las Piñas or Alabang branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Automotive sales experience is an advantage; candidates from other industries are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team.
• Driving sales and ensuring targets are achieved.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Monitoring team performance and providing regular guidance.
• Ensuring a good customer experience.
