Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure sustainable growth.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
- Provide strategic direction for nationwide sales operations encompassing modern trade, general trade, and including e-commerce channels.
Key Account and Channel Management
- Oversee and manage major key accounts such as Watsons, Mercury Drug, and other national and regional partners.
- Lead negotiations on trade terms, pricing structures, and promotional activities to strengthen partnerships and maximize profitability.
- Monitor key account performance and ensure efficient implementation of trade and promotional programs.
Market Development and Expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and regional expansion initiatives.
- Conduct regular market analyses to monitor competition, pricing trends, and consumer behavior.
- Recommend product distribution improvements and channel development strategies.
- Lead a high-performing sales organization by cultivating a growth-oriented culture. And to provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership to the entire sales department, including sales directors, key account managers, area sales lead, and trade operations specialists to achieve operational excellence and consistent business growth.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance standards and KPIs, continuously evaluate outcomes, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives and operational goals. effective leadership through collaborations with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Accounting, Warehouse & Logistics) to address and resolve issues and opportunities.
Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to the top management.
- Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, risks, and strategic adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational efficiency metrics.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and other related business course. A Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage.With at least 8-10 years of proven experience in managing sales operations, personnel management, preferably in the FMCG, skincare, or beauty distribution industry.
- Strong communication skills for effective verbal and written communication with the entire team, including presentation skills with the upper management.
- Possess a strong leadership skill to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and has experienced with training management and providing coaching when necessary.
- Advance analytical with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to identify opportunities for sales.
- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suiteof products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
