Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation - Mitsubishi Motors is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to drive vehicle sales across Cebu or multiple branches.

You will lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensure targets are met, and stay aware of competitive landscape and market opportunities to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4- to 5-year course.
• Hands-on experience in direct sales in any industry.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and budgeting.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams.
• Valid driver's license (Restriction Codes 1 & 2).
• Willing to be assigned across dealership branches.

The primary objective of the role is to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by leading and developing a strong, professional Sales Team to attain assigned targets in the most efficient and effective way, mainly in selling quality vehicles.
