Job summary

Wuling Automobile Philippines Corp. is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead the Sales Consultants and drive monthly and annual targets.

You will craft and execute effective sales strategies, monitor performance, and coach the team to achieve strong conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in automotive sales or related management, plus strong leadership, communication, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• 2-3 years automotive sales or related sales management experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Monitor leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Ensure proper handling of customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Assist Sales Consultants in closing challenging or high-value sales.
• Monitor showroom activities, test drives, customer visits, and sales pipeline.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate additional sales leads.

About you

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by dealership operations
• Valid driver's license is an advantage
