BillEase is seeking a Sales Associate in the Philippines to promote financing solutions at partner retail stores and assist customers through the loan application journey.

The role is full-time and on-site, requiring strong communication, customer service orientation, and a sales-driven mindset to meet targets while following company policies and procedures. You will engage with merchants and customers to grow product adoption across locations.

• Promote BillEase financing solutions directly to customers in partner retail stores.
• Explain product offerings clearly, including loan terms, installment options, and payment processes.
• Provide face‑to‑face assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist customers in creating and processing BillEase accounts.
• Guide clients through the loan application process step by step.
• Verify customer requirements and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets by converting customer interest into successful applications.
• Build strong relationships with partner merchants and customers to encourage repeat usage.
• Represent the BillEase brand professionally in all interactions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer details and transactions.
• Report daily activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to supervisors.
• Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications

Education: at least finished SHS
Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

This position requires full‑time on‑site presence at partner retail store locations throughout the Philippines.
