Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Reporting & Analytics– Generate insightful sales reports tracking production, audit delivery, and forecasts to keep stakeholders informed
• Client Relationship Management– Manage training inquiries, coordinate appointments, and schedule presentations that convert leads into lasting partnerships
• CRM & Data Management– Encode registration data and maintain accurate records for seamless logistics and certificate issuance
• Budget & Forecasting– Support BD/Sales budget preparation and monitor performance against targets
• Meeting Coordination– Organize departmental meetings and maintain timely communication across teams
• Marketing Support– Collaborate on proposals, brochures, and presentations that showcase our certification expertise
• Market Intelligence– Conduct research on key accounts and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
• Contract Administration– Prepare and manage contracts with proper approvals and scheduling
• Inquiry Management– Serve as first point of contact for training inquiries, ensuring efficient routing to BD/Sales managers
