Job summary

Bureau Veritas S.A. in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Executive - Training to drive business growth and shape client engagement across our certification and training portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Sales Reporting & Analytics – Generate insightful sales reports tracking production, audit delivery, and forecasts to keep stakeholders informed.
• Client Relationship Management – Manage training inquiries, coordinate appointments, and schedule presentations that convert leads into partnerships.
• CRM & Data Management – Encode registration data and maintain accurate records for seamless logistics and certificate issuance.
• Budget & Forecasting – Support BD/Sales budget preparation and monitor performance against targets.
• Meeting Coordination – Organize departmental meetings and ensure timely communication across teams.
• Marketing Support – Collaborate on proposals, brochures, and presentations showcasing certification expertise.
• Market Intelligence – Conduct research on key accounts and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Contract Administration – Prepare and manage contracts with proper approvals and scheduling.
• Inquiry Management – Serve as first point of contact for training inquiries, routing efficiently to BD/Sales managers.
