Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant - MG Bacolod to generate warm prospects and close sales while delivering excellent customer service. A basic salary is provided along with statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, plus commissions and seasonal incentives.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a background in business marketing or communications is preferred. Strong English/Filipino communication and writing skills are essential for outbound telemarketing and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field; Fresh Graduates accepted.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects (Show UP, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Minimum sales of 3 units.
• Strong grasp of Internet Sales strategies (Autodeal, ZigWheels, and other New Normal methods).
• Basic salary plus SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig; not an allowance-based arrangement.

Job Description:

• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.

Current Programs:

• HMO on the 2nd year as soon as you hit minimum sales (36 units in 12 months)
• Package includes Commission, Volume Incentives, and other seasonal incentives.
