Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Officer to drive loan products through field visits, dealer relations, and proactive customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree or be a college undergraduate, and willingness to travel; training in Ortigas, Pasig is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder or college undergraduate.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in vehicle sales, automotive, or financing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure while meeting sales targets.
• Willing to undergo a 2-week training program in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financing partners, and clients.
• Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete before submission for credit investigation.
• Monitor loan applications and follow up on pending requirements to ensure timely processing.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and provide support to potential Loan Consultants.
• Ensure marketing and promotional materials are properly displayed and distributed at the branch.
• Conduct field visits to generate leads, strengthen partner relationships, and expand market reach.
• Assist clients throughout the loan application process and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval.
