Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a driven Sales professional with a background in building products or construction materials.

You will formulate sales strategies, conduct on-site visits, and drive revenue growth by engaging both existing and prospective customers. A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6–12 months of sales experience, and strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Formulate effective sales strategies and establish clear performance targets.
• Perform on-site sales activities and client visits to drive revenue growth with both existing and potential customers.
• Produce qualified sales prospects and maintain client engagement through calls or face-to-face meetings after initial outreach.
• Manage and address client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and compile proposals and quotations for clients.
