Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a field- or office-based sales professional in the Philippines to identify and pursue new opportunities in building products and construction materials. You will build strong client relationships, collaborate with the technical team, and help prepare bids and proposals to win contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and is capable of operating both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.
