LausGroup in the Philippines seeks a results-driven sales associate to drive vehicle and financial service closings while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on meeting monthly targets and maintaining profitable relationships with clients through proactive engagement and accurate lead management.

• Attains the monthly sales target, including Vehicle Sales Target, Insurance Closing Ratio, Financing Closing Ratio, and Sales Prospects or Leads Generated.
• Participates in various sales activities to acquire new prospects and leads.
• Conducts regular calls to existing clients and other potential buyers for follow-ups and updates.
• Updates and monitors the status of existing leads in the prospects monitoring system.
• Promptly attends to walk-in clients. Ensures that all customers inside the dealership are well attended to and responded to promptly.
• Updates the walk-in log sheet daily.
• Prepares and explains sales proposals to the clients.

Job Description

This position exists to ensure customer retention and profitability of the company by meeting customer-focused sales standards thereby ensuring the attainment and fulfillment of the LausGroup corporate mission and vision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
