• Establish strong customer rapport and support customer acceptance of recommended solutions.
• Plan product modifications to meet customer demands.
• Help clients resolve problems related to product usage.
• Recommend new and improved products and explain how equipment can provide cost-effective solutions.
• Travel as required and support customer activities across the assigned area.
