Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an on-site Sales Engineer in Makati with 1-3 years of experience in technical sales and engineering. A Bachelor's degree is required; data center and MEP experience are advantageous.

The role involves engaging clients, translating requirements into proposals, and coordinating with engineering teams. You will conduct site visits, present solutions, prepare drawings and cost estimates, and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales, BD, or MEP-related engineering.
Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing) is advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/Revit knowledge is a plus.
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct client site visits to assess requirements and opportunities for customized solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into cost-effective proposals, drawings, and system specs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Monitor projects and coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development.
Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and management documentation.

Preferably with Data Center experience.
At least two (2) years of experience in technical sales, business development, or MEP-related engineering.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.

Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development initiatives.
Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and other documentation required by Management.

Salary Range
