Job summary

I. BASIC FUNCTION

The Sales Encoder is responsible for encoding sales orders, coordination of delivery internal and to client, processing of sample requests, coordination of SOA, and other tasks that may be assigned. Accurately enters and process sales booking into digital systems (SAP) while managing workflow and communicating with the sales team and customer.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise between departments to track any pending requirements and deliver requested reports.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline sales bookings, encoding and coordinating deliveries to clients.
• Respond to inquiries about sales teams regarding sales booking, etc.
• Process sales, samples requests and other data needed

III.QUALIFICATION GUIDES

• Experience in encoding of sales in an advantage
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (excel, Word).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities to manage overlapping priorities.
• Clear verbal and written communication for effective cross-department coordination.
