PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the expansion of our sales organization in Cavite.

Based in Cavite, the candidate will build a complete sales team and drive sustainable sales growth, leveraging networks to generate opportunities and engage corporate accounts. The role requires relocation to Cavite and strategic leadership to establish and grow PHirst Park Homes in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in REM, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven sales leadership and business development capabilities.
• Strong corporate sales network and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build and staff a complete sales organization in Cavite with 3 Sales Managers and 9 Sales Executives.
• Set and monitor sales targets; develop and implement growth strategies.
• Lead business development initiatives and establish key corporate relationships.
• Provide regular forecasts and market insights to management.
• Travel/relocate to Cavite as required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Director to lead the expansion of our sales organization in Cavite.

This is a strategic leadership role for a sales professional who can build a complete sales organization, develop strong market presence, and drive sustainable sales growth.

The successful candidate will be based in Cavite and must be willing to relocate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and staff a complete, ready sales organization of 3 Sales Managers, each overseeing 3 Sales Executives.
• Ensure each Sales Manager builds and manages a team of at least 3 Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Leverage corporate and professional networks to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Establish relationships with corporate accounts, business groups, and key stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers to strengthen team performance and leadership capabilities.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, team building, and business development.
• Strong corporate sales network is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales and market development.
• Willing to travel/relocate to Cavite.
