PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Bulacan seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the expansion of its sales organization. The role requires strategic leadership to build a complete sales team, drive market presence, and deliver sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will be based in Bulacan, with willingness to relocate, and will oversee development of a 3x3 sales structure, driving performance and relationships with corporate accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in REM/Marketing/Finance/Commerce/Advertising/Sales/Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and staff a complete sales organization of 3 Sales Managers, each overseeing 3 Sales Executives.
• Ensure each Sales Manager builds and manages a team of at least 3 Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Leverage networks to generate qualified sales opportunities and establish corporate relationships.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers to strengthen leadership and performance.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive achievement of business objectives.
• Lead business development and identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, team building, and business development.
• Strong corporate sales network is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales and market development.
• Willing to travel/relocate to Bulacan.
