The role focuses on promoting PHirst Park Homes residential properties, generating leads, and guiding clients from consultations to closing. The successful candidate will build relationships, provide property recommendations, and meet sales targets while staying informed on market trends and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Bachelor’s degree holder or completed at least 72 college units.
• Educational background in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PHirst Park Homes residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, digital channels, and corporate connections.
• Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and site tours.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Manage leads and follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist clients through reservation and closing processes.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, events, and networking initiatives.
• Stay updated on property developments, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell PHirst Park Homes residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, digital channels, and corporate connections.
• Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and site tours.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Manage leads and conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist clients throughout the reservation and closing process.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, events, and networking initiatives.
• Stay updated on property developments, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder, or completed at least 72 college units.
• Educational background in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a sales team.
• An existing corporate sales network is an advantage.
