Qualifications
- 1-3 years of BPO experience supporting an Australian telecommunications account is preferred
- Experience supporting other Australian accounts or international telecommunications accounts may also be considered
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage difficult customer interactions calmly and confidently
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities, connect with potential customers, and generate qualified leads.
- Provide pre-sales guidance on products and services and assist customers with the sign-up process.
- Prioritize and manage lead callbacks based on urgency and lead quality.
- Use the CRM system to record sales interactions, call details, and customer information accurately.
- Apply the lead-scoring system to categorize prospects based on their likelihood of conversion.
- Qualify leads and develop potential sales opportunities.
- Establish trust, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service through phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and technical issues involving NBN, mobile, and IPTV services promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude when assisting customers, including during challenging interactions.
- Share feedback that supports customer experience improvements.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
