Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to leverage telecommunications sales experience for the Australian market. The role involves customer conversations, solution recommendations, and converting opportunities into results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years college or completion of a 2-year technical, vocational, or associate program.
• Minimum 1 year of telecommunications sales experience within a BPO or contact center environment.
• Experience supporting an Australian telecommunications account or Australian customers is highly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills with confidence handling professional phone conversations.
• Strong sales, probing, persuasion, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Makati and Ortigas, depending on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Australian stakeholders to align sales approaches and maintain a consistent customer experience.
• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to promote connectivity upgrades and identify conversion opportunities.
• Work closely with local sales teammates across Makati and Ortigas to achieve shared performance goals.
