Emapta Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead smarter telco projects from strategy through launch in Australia’s fast-moving telecoms market. You’ll connect product strategy, IT development, stakeholders, and launch readiness to deliver telco services with global impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications project management, overseeing end-to-end IT development with product and IT teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, products, and tools.
• Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or related certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building across teams and stakeholders.

The Qualifications We Seek

• More than 5 years of telecommunications project management experience, including end-to-end IT system development and collaboration with product and IT development teams
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, principles, products, and tools
• Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or related certification, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills across teams and stakeholders

Your Daily Tasks

Project Delivery & Product Development

• Own end-to-end project delivery for new products, plan offers, and product enhancements.
• Develop project plans with clear milestones and deliverables across all phases.
• Align delivery teams to support successful product and plan launches.
• Collaborate across the business to achieve objectives within agreed timelines and scope.
• Coordinate delivery teams to achieve strong customer and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Lead stakeholder workshops to identify customer pain points, business outcomes, solution designs, and key decisions.
• Define project tasks, ownership, and milestones.
• Track, report, and manage project risks and issues.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation and resolution plans.
• Establish project governance across change, risk, issues, budgets, status reporting, and escalations.

Process Improvement & Operational Alignment

• Develop project frameworks to improve delivery from initiation through production.
• Refine tools, processes, and templates to improve planning, execution, reporting, and efficiency.
• Develop and document business and system processes for development and operations teams.
• Manage project milestones and outcomes with a results-focused approach.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals and delivery outcomes.

Technical Project Management & Launch Readiness

• Plan and execute projects with IT system development teams and process owners.
• Align business objectives, operational processes, and launch readiness requirements.
• Refine technical project management practices across the organization.
• Identify process and governance improvements to strengthen project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
