Job summary

Uc Bcf is seeking a driven SDR to work remotely from the Philippines, aligning with Canadian time zones (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM). You will identify B2B leads, plan GTM strategies, and initiate cold outreach to qualify meetings.

You will draft outreach scripts, maintain CRM entries, support proposals, and collaborate with North American teams. Fresh graduates with a business degree and fluent English are encouraged to apply, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Campaign: Cold Calls, Email Marketing, Research
• Degree: BBA / MBA graduates or equivalent business degree
• Time: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippines Time)

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and performance-driven
• Comfortable working remotely on Canadian time zone
• Own a laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace for a 5-day workweek
