Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build trust quickly with a wide range of customers.
• Clear communication and active listening to uncover needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads, chats, and referrals to identify sales opportunities.
• Qualify interest by uncovering customer needs, purchase intent, and readiness to buy; route high-value SQLs to Account Executives.
• Convert product and technical questions into consultative sales conversations by recommending solutions.
• Conduct meaningful account reviews to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and strong handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, lead status, and next steps in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed goals related to lead response time, qualification quality, conversion, and pipeline generation.
• Stay current on Bluehost products, promotions, competitive offerings, and sales processes to confidently position solutions.
