Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a sales or commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong sense of accountability, data integrity, and confidentiality, with a proactive mindset toward process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and proper data management through organized systems, standardized processes, and regular file maintenance.
• Builds and maintains user-friendly dashboards and “one-number” reports by integrating data from multiple sources (SAP, Webi, SFA, manual).
• Monitors data quality, identifies anomalies, and flags risks to support timely, data-driven decision-making.
• Delivers proactive insights, analysis, and recommendations to guide sales performance and action planning.
• Drives continuous improvement of reporting tools and analytics processes, collaborating with stakeholders and tracking impact.
• Conducts report discussions and trainings while fostering strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective dashboard adoption.

Reporting to: Business Information and Analytics Manager

As a Sales Data Analyst, you will deliver accurate, insightful dashboards and reports to support decision-making, collaborating with teams to define requirements, ensure data quality, generate insights, and drive adoption through training.

Other responsibilities include:

• Ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and proper data management through organized systems, standardized processes, and regular file maintenance.

• Builds and maintains user-friendly dashboards and “one-number” reports by integrating data from multiple sources (SAP, Webi, SFA, manual).
