Job summary

Reachfield Security and Safety Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Recruitment cum Sales Executive to support our HR, sales, operations and training functions. The role involves assisting recruitment activities, generating new job orders, and coordinating training and office administration.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher and strong experience in HR recruitment and sales admin duties, with excellent organizational and people skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above is required.
• Good experience in HR recruitment and sales admin support duties.
• Good organization skills and ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Versatile and able to perform multi-tasks and take initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment team with recruitment activities and large scale job fairs or HR events

• Prepare quotation, invoices and summary of KPI reports
• Assist to plan training schedules, co-ordinate trainees for the course and training admin duties
• Assist to cover Receptionist / Concierge (Office buildings) duty when needed
• Office admin and logistics support

We supply security manpower (Security Personnel), security systems and related services. We are looking for a Recruitment cum Sales Executive to support our HR, sales, operations and training functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist recruitment team with recruitment activities and large scale job fairs or HR events
• Get new job orders by actively involved in sales and marketing activities
• Assist Operation team to prepare various monthly reports, update each site organization chart and prepare manpower reports
