We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our solar EPC sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations—from handling customer inquiries to preparing quotations and coordinating with technical teams. You will be the backbone of our sales process, helping turn leads into projects with precision and professionalism.

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Manage customer records, sales pipeline updates, and documentation through CRM systems
• Coordinate appointments, site visits, and technical evaluations with clients and engineers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, and escalate when necessary
• Monitor the progress of sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal meetings
• Maintain updated knowledge of solar products, pricing, and company offerings
• Support post-sale coordination between sales, engineering, and operations teams
