Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in Taguig City seeks a CRM Product Owner (Salesforce - Sales) on a contract basis to lead the Salesforce CRM sales module.

You will define the product vision, gather requirements, and partner with engineering to deliver features that drive sales outcomes. The role requires 3–5 years in product ownership or similar, strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role within CRM/SaaS
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, configuration and customization
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM impact on revenue generation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and product requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis to drive product decisions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking and attention to detail
• Salesforce certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for the Salesforce CRM sales module
• Gather, analyse and prioritise requirements from stakeholders and end-users
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver features to specification and on schedule
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions
• Manage product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Monitor KPIs related to CRM adoption, usage and sales outcomes
• Provide training and support materials for feature adoption
• Act as primary point of contact for sales teams on product-related questions
• Evaluate third-party integrations and Salesforce add-ons
• Stay informed of CRM best practices and trends
