Job summary

NCC Group in the Manila/Taguig area is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our in-house IT team. You will lead Salesforce architecture, configure various Salesforce offerings, and collaborate with BAs and developers to deliver internal Salesforce projects and BAU changes.

The role requires hands-on Sales Cloud work, CPQ, Pardot and DocuSign experience, with Agile delivery and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud with Pardot, DocuSign, CPQ and AppExchange integrations.
Custom development using workflows, process builders and flows.
Salesforce Administrator Certification desirable.
Experience deploying via Gearset or GitLab is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce architecture and configurations.
Configure and customize Salesforce offerings including Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ and related integrations.
Create profiles, permissions, and security rules at object and field levels.
Design custom objects, fields, and page layouts; manage records and tabs.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance and usage.
Set up validation rules, approvals, and workflows; perform data cleanup as needed.
Document work and prepare training materials; collaborate with other system owners.
Provide second-line support and coordinate with global teams on deliveries.
