Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu City)

Shift: No Fixed Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
• Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in non-voice customer support (Chat/WhatsApp) Advanced Level: Extensive hands‑on experience delivering high‑quality customer support through chat and WhatsApp channels. Skilled in resolving issues efficiently, multitasking across conversations, and maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
• Highly flexible working hours no fixed shift model: Comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability, rather than traditional 8‑hour shift structures.
