Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide customized solutions to address their needs.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Support and guide junior sales agents to improve team performance.
• Monitor and report sales performance metrics, offer insights for enhancement, and apply best practices for optimal results.
• Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives and meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in non-voice customer support (Chat/WhatsApp) at an advanced level
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service via chat and WhatsApp channels, with skills in efficiently resolving issues, multitasking across conversations, and maintaining a professional, empathetic tone
