Job summary

Summit Food Ventures Corp. in the Philippines invites applications for a Sales Manager role who will oversee daily branch sales and operations. You will lead the sales team, develop strategies, and pursue government accounts and business development opportunities to hit branch targets.

The role requires 3-5 years in sales (auto sector preferred), strong leadership and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in MS Office and driving license are advantageous for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of government bidding, PhilGEPS, and procurement procedures.
• Good knowledge of automotive products, vehicles, and basic technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
