Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, develop and implement business plans, and drive sales growth within the financing sector.

The role requires 3–4 years in sales/marketing, at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and a strong track record of meeting targets. Training will be provided at the Head Office with accommodations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing within financing or banking.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in vehicle sales and financing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for 2–3 weeks.
