Job summary

Autohub Group is seeking a high-impact Branch Manager in the Laguna area to oversee the entire branch operations, ensuring profitability and compliance with manufacturer and company standards. You will align branch activities with Autohub Group goals and drive sustainable growth.

The role requires a seasoned leader with strong strategic planning and hands-on experience in automotive sales and aftersales, plus willingness to work a 6-day schedule. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management or related field.
• At least ten years of progressively responsible experience, including four years in a managerial role.
• Sales and Aftersales experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
• Knows how to drive and has a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall policy and strategic directions to the branch operations.
• Ensures that all business units in the branch are productive and meet their operational and financial targets.
• Undertake environment scanning on competitors, market trends, business opportunities, best practices and other relevant data to inform decisions.
• Formulates creative strategies and innovative solutions to promote customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services and establish the Autohub Brand in the automotive industry.

JOB SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible for the overall management of the branch and for the efficiency, profitability and sustainability of its operation. He/She oversees the proper alignment of the branch with the thrusts and direction of the Company and the Autohub Group and its timely compliance with the manufacturer and statutory requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.Provides overall policy and strategic directions to the branch operations.

2.Ensures that all business units in the branch are productive and meet their operational and financial targets.

3.Undertake environment scanning on the company’s competitors, market trends, business opportunities, best practices and other relevant data to serve as inputs in direction-setting and decision-making.

4.Formulates creative strategies and innovative solutions to promote customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services and establish the Autohub Brand in the automotive industry.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Graduate of BS Business Management or any related field
• With at least ten (10) years of relevant progressively responsible experience, 4 years of which are in a managerial capacity
• Sales and Aftersales work experience in an automotive industry an advantage
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule
