Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking a results-driven marketing operations specialist for our Malolos branch. You will oversee branch growth, profitability, and daily productivity, driving activity toward monthly targets and strong client engagement.

The role requires leadership, client-facing skills, and a proactive mindset to implement programs for branch staff and customers, including field work as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year business-related course.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations is preferred.
• Must be a strategic, goal-oriented, assertive, creative and analytical thinker.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to handle challenging situations.
