Universal Robina Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Associate (Flour Distribution) to drive dealer and distributor growth across the GMA region, manage accounts, and expand market presence for flour products.

You will conduct field visits, forecast sales, and coordinate promotions, pricing, and trade activities with the sales team, requiring readiness for extensive travel and strong relationship skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related business courses.
• Experience in FMCG sales.
• Background in flour, bakery, food ingredients, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in dealer/distributor management and general trade operations.

Job Summary

The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and growing dealer/distributor accounts, driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence for flour products within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Experience in dealer/distributor management and general trade operations.
