Job summary

POP MART is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate in Manila to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will build strong customer relationships, stay informed about the latest products, and guide shoppers with tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.

You will also mentor junior staff, handle cash and inventory duties, and contribute to daily store operations while maintaining industry awareness and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets.
• Use advanced sales techniques to drive revenue growth and increase conversion rates.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling strategies, and customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer preferences and offer tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the store’s product offerings, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better serve customers and support the store’s competitive positioning.
• Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
