Home Mavericks Inc is seeking a dynamic Sales Designer/Sales Associate in Pasig to engage customers and drive furniture sales. You will greet clients, understand needs, present suitable products, and coordinate delivery details to ensure a smooth purchase experience.

Ideal candidates are exceptionally communicative, with a personable demeanor and willingness to learn. The role operates 10am-7pm, with opportunities to grow in high-end furniture and interior design sectors.

Qualifications

• Newly graduated applicants are welcome.
• Personable, outgoing and charismatic demeanor.
• Willing to be trained as a sales designer/sales associate.
• Amenable to cold calling and attending client meetings.
• Preferably with sales background in luxury sectors.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to drive product sales.
• Follow and consistently achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Find new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales.
• Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Attract new customers, communicating with prospects on the phone or face-to-face and advising clients how to match various furniture items.
• Keeping track of inventory levels to ensure there is enough supply to meet demand.
• Provide customers with product knowledge and answer questions regarding pricing, delivery details, or repair services.
• Present mock living room or bedroom setups in the store to help potential buyers envision how items will look in their own home.
• Coordinate deliveries of furniture to customers’ homes or businesses.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• "Go the extra mile" to drive sales.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Actively seek out customers in and out of store.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Cross sell products.
• Handle returns of merchandise.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.

Requirements
