ACX Retail’s MUSINSA STANDARD in Makati invites applications for a Sales Associate to deliver an engaging customer experience and drive sales within Women, Men, or Beauty sections.

Qualifications

URGENT HIRING: SALES ASSOCIATE – Retail for Beauty, women & men.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Sales Associate is a frontline ambassador for MUSINSA STANDARD and is responsible for delivering an engaging, welcoming, and efficient customer experience while contributing directly to the store's sales performance.

Working within the Women, Men, or Beauty section, the Sales Associate combines strong customer service with active selling, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, and operational support.

This is an active sales-floor role. Sales Associates are expected to understand the products they sell, engage confidently with customers, identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and help convert store traffic into sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Experience & Selling

• Welcome and acknowledge customers in a friendly, natural, and professional manner.

• Proactively approach customers and identify their needs without creating a pressured shopping experience.

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products, styles, fits, sizes, colors, and product features.

2. Sales & Commercial Performance

• Understand the section and store's daily sales targets.

• Use product knowledge and customer engagement to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

3. Product Knowledge

• Develop strong knowledge of the products within the assigned section.

• Understand key product features, materials, fits, sizing, styling opportunities, care instructions, and price points.

• Stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal collections, product drops, and campaigns.

• Participate actively in product and selling training.

• Be able to explain product differences and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

• Continuously develop knowledge of MUSINSA STANDARD and relevant fashion and lifestyle trends.

• For Beauty Sales Associates, this includes developing appropriate knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and other products carried within the Beauty section.

4. Fitting Room Experience

• Provide attentive and efficient fitting-room service.

• Assist customers with alternative sizes, colors, styles, and complementary items.

• Use fitting-room interactions as an opportunity to improve service and support conversion.

• Ensure fitting rooms remain clean, organized, and customer ready.

• Return unwanted merchandise to the correct sales-floor location promptly.

5. Merchandise & Visual Standards

• Maintain MUSINSA STANDARD's visual and merchandise presentation standards throughout the trading day.

• Ensure products are correctly folded, hung, sized, arranged, and presented.

• Keep fixtures, tables, shelves, displays, and merchandise clean and organized.

• Support the VM team and Section Head with product changes, new launches, campaigns, and floor moves.

• Immediately correct presentation issues within the assigned area.

• Ensure price tickets, signage, and promotional information are accurate and visible.

6. Replenishment & Product Availability

• Continuously monitor merchandise availability on the sales floor.

• Identify missing sizes and fast-selling products and request replenishment promptly.

• Coordinate with the Section Head and Stockroom Associates to maintain strong product availability.

• Replenish merchandise efficiently without negatively affecting the customer experience.

• Support the processing and placement of new deliveries when required.

• Help ensure best sellers and priority products remain available throughout the trading day.

7. Store Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready sales environment.

• Support store opening and closing activities when assigned.

• Follow all company SOPs and operating procedures.

• Support stock counts and inventory activities when required.

• Handle merchandise carefully to minimize damage and stock loss.

• Remain alert to potential theft, suspicious activity, or inventory issues and immediately inform the Section Head or Store Management.

• Support other sections of the store when required, particularly during peak trading periods.

8. Teamwork & Brand Culture

• Work collaboratively with Section Heads, fellow Sales Associates, Cashiers, Stockroom Associates, VM, and Store Management.

• Participate actively in daily store and section briefings.

• Support colleagues during busy periods rather than focusing only on an assigned area.

• Demonstrate a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

• Be punctual, reliable, and prepared for every shift.

• Represent MUSINSA STANDARD professionally both with customers and colleagues.
