Job summary

ACX Holdings Corporation in Makati is seeking a Sales Associate to be the primary brand representative on the sales floor, delivering a welcoming shopping experience and guiding customers to products that best fit their needs.

You will develop strong knowledge of MUSINSA STANDARD products and beauty items, assist at checkout, support stock and store operations, and work with the team to meet sales targets in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
• Customer-focused with a passion for fashion and retail.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling and digital payments.
• Ability to handle high traffic in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

The Sales Associate is the primary brand representative on the sales floor. The role is responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience while helping customers discover products that best fit their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Engagement with Korean Style & Filipino Hospitality

• Greet and acknowledge customers warmly and professionally.
• Be approachable, attentive, and respectful without being overly intrusive.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Thank customers and encourage a positive overall experience.

2. Product & Brand Knowledge

• Develop strong knowledge of MUSINSA STANDARD products, including fits, sizes, materials, colors, and styling. The same applies to knowledge on the proper use and salesmanship of beauty products and accessories
• Understand new collections, key products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Communicate product information clearly and confidently.

3. Operational Accuracy

• Follow all store procedures.
• Support stock accuracy and loss prevention.
• Follow proper procedures when assisting customers at checkout or handling merchandise.

4. Teamwork

• Support colleagues and assist other areas when required.
• Participate actively in store briefings and training.
• Contribute to a respectful, professional, and positive workplace.
• Assist store inventory count during audits.
• Follow superiors to do other task related to work in achieving store goals and activities

5. Store Operations

• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Section Heads, Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and floor teams during peak trading periods.
• Ensure promotions and pricing mechanics are correctly understood before launch.
• Support stock counts and major store activities when required.
• Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with other operational responsibilities when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail sales associate or store consultant experience; cashiering experience is an advantage.
• Experience in luxury, fashion retail, department stores, specialty retail, beauty, lifestyle, or premium brands is preferred.
• Customer-focused with a passion for fashion, luxury, and retail.
• Strong experience with POS systems, cash handling, card payments, digital payments, returns, and reconciliation.
• Experience handling high traffic and conversion and comfortable working in a high-volume and fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
