Job Summary

The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and growing dealer/distributor accounts, driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence for flour products within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop dealer and distributor accounts in your assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and territory growth objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers, dealers, and institutional accounts.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales movement to ensure product availability.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates.
• Handle customer concerns, collection follow-ups, and account management activities.
• Implement pricing, promotional, and trade activities in coordination with the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and market execution.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related business courses.

Work Experience

• Experience in FMCG sales.
• Background in flour, bakery, food ingredients, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in dealer/distributor management and general trade operations.
