Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking an Officer, Standards & Governance to define global manufacturing and distribution footprint principles and integrate Philippine SND with international network architecture. You will align architecture with BU growth, collaborate with Finance and Manufacturing on investments, and translate Digital Twin outputs into business recommendations.

The role requires 5–8 years in food manufacturing, knowledge of SAP and governance standards, and experience in

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of Business, Management, Engineering or allied courses.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, preferably in systems, processes or operational function.
• Knowledgeable in Total Manufacturing operations and processes.
• Basic knowledge of Standard Maintenance and Costing.
• Familiar with productivity tools and techniques (VSM, Process Mapping, RCA/DMAIC, DCA, MSA).
• Basic knowledge in supply and demand, process and capacity analysis.
• Experience in training and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Define global manufacturing and distribution footprint principles.
• Integrate Philippine SND with international network architecture.
• Define regional hubs, export platforms, and supply corridors.
• Align network architecture with BU growth plans and new categories, and M&A.
• Partner with Finance and Manufacturing on footprint investment priorities.
• Define network design principles and guardrails (regionalization rules, export thresholds).
• Approve long-term sourcing architectures proposed by Planning and SND modeling.
• Translate Digital Twin outputs into business recommendations.
• Prepare enterprise network recommendations for GSCS and BU heads.

• Approve long-term sourcing architectures proposed by Planning and SND modeling.
• Translate Digital Twin outputs into business recommendations.
• Prepare enterprise network recommendations for GSCS and BU heads.

What are the Qualifications:

• Must be graduate of any of the following courses: Business, Management, Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing and etc.) and allied technical or related courses
• With 5 -8 years relevant experience in food manufacturing, preferably in the systems, processes or an operational function.
• Knowledgeable in Total Manufacturing operations and processes.
• Has basic knowledge of Standard Maintenance and Costing.
• Knowledge in different productivity tools and Techniques ( e.g. Value Stream Mapping/Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or DMAIC, Data Collection and Analysis (DCA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), productivity research and application
• Has basic knowledge in supply and demand, process and capacity analysis.
• With substantial experience in training, and capability building.
• Familiar with SAP manufacturing and business processes transactions
• Knowledge of the company policies, standards, requirements and quality systems elements.
