Job summary

Radix HR in Malate, Manila seeks a driven Sales Associate (Leasing) to promote properties, generate leasing opportunities, and assist tenants through the leasing journey.

You will lead on-site tours, explain lease terms, manage inquiries, coordinate documents, and build partnerships to achieve occupancy targets while delivering excellent service. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM, and weekends availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of leasing, real estate, sales, property management, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for achieving occupancy targets through proactive sales, business development, excellent customer service, and effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate and qualify leasing leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, and other marketing channels.
• Build partnerships with corporate clients, brokers, relocation agencies, and other business partners to expand leasing opportunities.
• Conduct networking, client visits, and business development activities to grow the company's leasing portfolio.
• Manage prospect inquiries, conduct timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate records using CRM or leasing systems.
• Achieve leasing and occupancy targets set by management.

Client Engagement & Leasing

• Conduct property tours and present available units, amenities, and leasing options.
• Explain lease terms, rental rates, policies, and move-in requirements professionally.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, including documentation, screening, and lease signing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term tenant relationships.

Marketing & Property Promotion

• Assist in creating and managing property listings across digital and traditional marketing platforms.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend strategies to improve lead generation.
• Support leasing events, open houses, and promotional activities.

Administration & Coordination

• Prepare leasing contracts and ensure accurate documentation of leasing transactions.
• Maintain organized tenant records and generate leasing performance reports.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Finance, and Maintenance teams to ensure a smooth tenant move-in experience.

Market Research

• Monitor competitor properties, rental rates, and market trends.
• Provide recommendations on pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to improve occupancy.

Qualifications
