About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing exceptional service throughout their shopping experience

• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of eyewear collections, frames, lenses and accessories offered by Owndays

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear products that meet their vision and style preferences

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques and customer engagement

• Maintain visual merchandising standards by organising and displaying products attractively throughout the store

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

• Keep the store environment clean, organised and compliant with company standards

• Collaborate with team members to support store operations and achieve collective goals

• Participate in product training and company initiatives to stay updated on promotions and new offerings

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in retail sales, customer service or a related sales environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

• Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming standards

• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic

• Product knowledge of eyewear or fashion retail is advantageous but not essential

• Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred; additional language skills are a bonus
