Job summary

Owndays, a leading eyewear retailer, is seeking a Sales Associate based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and genuine engagement.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, showcasing eyewear options, processing transactions with POS systems, and maintaining engaging displays. Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/customer service or eyewear/fashion/luxury goods is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage customers.
• Excellent sales ability with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Product knowledge or willingness to develop expertise in eyewear.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist in selecting eyewear meeting visual and style needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of frames, lenses and accessories to aid buying decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Build positive relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is organized and clean.
• Handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Aim for individual and team sales targets through upselling.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations during busy and slow periods.
• Stay updated on promotions, campaigns and company policies.
