OWNDAYS in SM City Bacoor, Cavite, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly service and help customers find the perfect eyewear. This full-time role emphasizes product knowledge and a welcoming shopping experience.

You will greet customers, explain frames and lenses, handle transactions, maintain displays, manage stock, and work with the team to meet sales targets while upholding safety and company standards.

Formación

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in eyewear, fashion or luxury goods retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Strong sales ability with a genuine interest in helping customers and achieving sales targets.
• Product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly about eyewear and optical products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills for stock management and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance goals
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
