crec.com.ph is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive commercial growth and brand awareness for its AgroSolar unit. This role blends sales, business development, and account management to expand the client base across institutional buyers, cooperatives, and partners.

You will generate leads, conduct outbound discussions, manage the full sales cycle, and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet volume and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field required.
• 1–3 years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in agribusiness, renewable energy, or related industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate and qualify leads from institutional buyers, cooperatives, corporate accounts, offtakers, and business partners.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, presentations, and sales discussions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and support sales growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up or growth environment.
• Willing to travel regularly to project sites, client meetings, and partner engagements.
• Experience in agribusiness, renewable energy, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
