Job summary

CREC is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive commercial growth and brand awareness in the AgroSolar business unit. The role blends sales, business development, and account management to support expansion and profit targets.

You will generate and qualify leads, conduct outbound prospecting, manage full sales cycles, and nurture relationships with clients to secure repeat business in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships to grow sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and support sales growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up or growth environment.
• Willing to travel regulary to project sites, client meetings, and partner engagements.
• Experience in agribusiness, renewable energy, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
