Job summary

CREC is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive commercial growth and brand awareness in the AgroSolar business unit. The role blends sales, business development, and account management to support expansion and profit targets.

You will generate and qualify leads, conduct outbound prospecting, manage full sales cycles, and nurture relationships with clients to secure repeat business in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships to grow sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from institutional buyers, cooperatives, corporate accounts, offtakers, and partners.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, presentations, and sales discussions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposals, negotiation, to closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet volume and revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business.
