Job summary

Hastings Motor Corporation in Davao City is seeking an experienced sales professional to identify and secure new business opportunities for equipment sales, rental, and related services.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct on-site visits, and deliver compelling proposals to meet revenue targets. A 2–3 year track record in sales or business development and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in equipment sales, rental, leasing, or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports and client updates.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to conduct field visits and meet clients.
